I guess it depends on how good you are at managing your time, I know I ain't because I wouldn't able to do the same while playing dota.
I work at BPO company for night shifts as Negotiation Officer. I sleep at 7 AM till noon or 1 PM. I take ACCA classes from 3PM to 7PM. I play DotA then leave for night job.
Mostly I play DotA at weekends. But can log 1-2 games during hectic weekdays day.
I would buy it if they were available in Pakistan.
