never call people with 'noob', "nub", or 'n00b' in their name a newb. It's like dun kuger effect. They think they are good so they wanna smurf around with a nick with noob in it, when in fact they do SUCK. So when they DO suck... never call them out! or else face the wrath!
My take on it.. Unless they go 15-0 first 15 minutes and a genuine smurf with a noob nametag. They are genuinely noobs.

what if someone is hiding u r mate items, staying afk farming in woods, and refuses to help you in team fights? on top of that intentional feeding?
