of course its broken. The fact that you can refresh in the middle of a root or hold and blink before the damage cancels blink is bullshit enough. You have to spam so many disables on him to keep him down.
Most effective heroes against tinker to my knowledge are : Spirit breaker, riki, sniper, windranger, legion , these heros give him such a bad time, my last game had a very smart doom as well, he just bought a silver edge and was waiting behind their towers for a tinker tp to instantly doom him and make him cry
Literally can't win against that hero. But its ok: lose every game enemy picks him, and win every game your mid picks him or he is banned = profit. Ez mmr!
For information of my Ursa recent encounter it. It's hard to deal with it. Because of it can use dagger even I am hitting him

Stupid developers seriously! 50% status resistance that is refreshed and enhanced boots of travel for free :S if they dont nerf this shit i am leaving this trash game! people saying a good tinker would win? a fukin trash tinker would win a pub game with a last pick! this is absurd! a fukin hero with 1 item cuz everything else is part of him can dominate the entire fukin game! really!
