You literally could have spent less time and typed less words into your favorite search engine and got an answer... but open your mouth little baby bird I'll regurgitate the information for you.
"Reworked how hero banning works in All Pick. Previously half of the voted heroes would get banned. Now each ban has a 50% chance of succeeding. If there are less than 10 heroes banned, heroes will automatically roll for banning based on their ban rate at your MMR bracket."
The "Hey I just lost to a certain hero, time to make a thread whining about that" thread.
well, it's been a few weeks since we had this. LUL
thx regurgitator. I recognize that quote since I have read it somewhere. But I dont think thats what happens right now: almost always 10 heroes are banned every match. Doesnt each player have 1 vote? So I guess multiple votes for the same hero by different players will increase the odds for that hero to get banned.
I personally wouldnt mind if a vote results in a 100% ban. I think it serves the meta better. Its in a sense a self-regulating system then.
100% assurance to ban any hero is just dumb.
Also, I think you have some problem with reading, so I'll just copy paste what the above guy wrote.
" If there are less than 10 heroes banned, heroes will automatically roll for banning based on their ban rate at your MMR bracket."
Also, players can't vote on same hero.
Lastly, just how mindlessly do you play the game, if you miss out something so obvious.
We can only throw up the food into your mouth. You must swallow it yourself little baby bird.

I've been banning juggernaut for weeks now but every now and then the ban is not taken into account and the hero is picked.
I cant deal with juggernaut, i think he is very OP in this patch. The agha shard makes him do a ton of damage in teamfights without actually taking any. I'd put a bet on that there's a nerf incoming next patch.
I guess I can always ban him and if he's not ban, first pick him. Thatll guarantee a 100% ban (or pick for me)
