is dota wokring fine ? because everytime i hit accept it takes me to the menu and trying to reconnect then nothing

close dota then open it again will fix this problem.

nah, i've changed the server from EU east to west and its working fine, the problem is only on the server

I can confirm it, EU West and Russia working. EU East same Error as you describe.
