You play too much. I noticed that you played 11 games in a day and you do this fairly frequently. Maybe it is just me but I get tired after 2-3 games and my performance drops immensely. Doing this also causes burn out and results in fatigue in the days after.
First of all narrow your hero pool to 1-3 picks if you want to gain mmr.
Secondly play meta heros.
Third - think. Think all the time - draft suggestions (i cant recall how many games I won just by saying „dont pick this”), itemisation, your positioning, enemy movements.
As support also try not to draw aggro. Dont stand behind your carry. Try to draw offlaners attention. If you carry has easy lane, leave him for exp advantage and stack at that time/help other lanes. Dont tp to the lane, walk to it so you have tp off cd.
Just Think! People till high Ancient play on autopilot, abuse that to outplay them.
Third what the guy said above. Play less.
Fourth - understand winning conditions for a specific game. If the draft is ok, its mostly a matter of winning the lanes and snowballing from that point. But if they have heros like Tide and Monkey King, they dont really need much items to make a team wipe. Keep in mind to play around big ultimates. Get a smoke and try to gank/grt objective.
5. Hit the creeps - it may sound plain simple but people on archot leave so much farm and exp wasted, that you can always find a place to farm up your core item.
6. Kill rosh whenever you can. You dont need Ursa for that.
7. Use creep aggro. People know this but dont use it! If there is no hero on the lane you can right click anyone across the map to change aggro. Abuse that if you have 2 ranges. If you cant do that to deny range, its time to pull.
Dark willow or snapfire. Balanced support picks with high kill potential.
Lex gave good advice, however I think you should wide your hero pool and play all positions in order to get better in the long run.
Bonus:
never play more than 5 games a day... i always get fucked by this shit... win 5 lose 5 all the time when i go over 5...
Take a brake. I myself had 33% winrate from 40-50 games around which is bad since new patch. From 4.5k-4.6k I got to 4.2k. I took a brake from dota because it was buggy for me. Now I just play. Some times you win some and some times u lose some. Deal with it. Playwhever you feel good, if not the toxicity will spread. Now I've set some goals to accomplish. Yesturday I lost 1 game and I stopped. Now i'll play a little bit of dota till I win. When I win I stop playing and that's it. If I feel good after winning I will keep playing if not I will not till when I do. I wanted to play earlier today, but I wasn't in form so I started playing in the night and now im fine. Also remember to take brakes from playing.
Stick to a position you like and try playing only this. Right now i'm focused on offlane, but if someone wants it I will gladly play pos 4. But pos 3 is the least contested lane. Most contest lanes are pos 1 and 2 from your team mates. If you want to have awful day flaming, play those if not 3 is the best. Even with my 33% winrate Im enjoying this patch and I kept playing. And I didn't mind losing a bit, but still.
thats some fucking retarded tips ngl
what do pros do play practice dota all day , when they dont practice they either play pubs for fun or participate in tournaments and some moron is like never play more than 5 games a day
yeah don't because u might get good and reach pro level cuz thats what pros did back in the days play dotes all day everyday all day
@Vaikiss`742.
It seems you could benefit from the playing less advice too. If you have not noticed, most of your losses come in massive streaks or all on the same day. Another problem with playing so much is tilt. When you lose so much, you start playing with a worse mentality. You play purely hoping to win but not really creating that win yourself. Also I believe if you play so many games in a day you are just playing on auto pilot. You just go from 1 game to the other without thinking about why you lost and your mistakes. Doing so results in slower improvement. Of course though if you play too less you will not have enough practice to improve. Find the perfect balance.
Pros can play a fuck ton of games because they are pros. They do not represent the average person. It is like asking the average person to run a marathon.
from what @basement said, you should narrow your games to 2-3 per day or maybe play like 3 games in the morning then take break then play again at afternoon or evening. taking breaks are really important when you want to gain mmr. if you really climbed from archon 3 - legend 6 then i understand you alrdy have an understanding on the game. just take it one step at a time. 4 wins make 120mmr so play like 3 games thats like 90 so you'll just stop it from there and pick it up tommorrow. anyways pick meta heroes or learn to counterpick and communicate with team better thats just it no secret. have fun! hope this will help.
@basement and why would i care if i lose i play this game for fun it does not impact to me at all if im 4.5k mmr or 5k or 6k its still same fucking retards with probably slightly better individual skills
i won't bother to win games with toxic or bad players id rather lose than let them get +30 my job in dota is to gatekeep bad players from ranking up
plus now as im older first gen dota player i work and have relationship to maintain i don't spend much time on it at all maximum few

It may be just me and a few noobs, but i think it is really hard to win matches in this new patch.
What can i do?
PLEASE DON´T WRITE "GIT GUD" OR THIS STUFF
I was from Archon 3 to (old) Legend 6 in the last mmr season, and since this new system im just droping and droping mmr.
I really prefer to play as a support, because this is the position that i really enjoy in the game, but sincerely there are a lot of bad carrys in my Bracket and it is just so hard for me to win matches.
Should i really just play the carry role to increase my mmr or wtf is this ?
