It was my impression that if a player is disconnected on your team, the enemy team cannot unpause - or at least has to wait. I just played a game in which a teammate disconnected. Every time we paused one enemy player would instantly unpause. Does anyone know the specifics of how the pause mechanic works and in what situations one can unpause the game?
