Blink is a powerful ability but and could be good on anybody. But he does not need it for his kit to work and he could ise that gold for other items. He rarely lacks mobility and he has a potential to fill up his item slots. If you win with NS blink thats cause the hero itself is bonkers and super good most of the time. Might as wel go shadowblade and rekt fools and become a semi carry

Yes blink is a wast on NS But! Being able to get ahead in a game and wining with blink means you are doing well with that hero. That works for you so it's fine. Blink is usually both for heroes with great impact areal skills. Or a luxury Snowball item. As superfast hero with 2 only one target spells NS do not require a blink.

NS build= phase boots, crimson guard, pipe (depends), super urn, maybe a gem, BladeMail, why not a frickin an SnY or a dagon.
Blink is a plus

Not worth it dude, spending 2250 gold instead of getting a utility item or getting aghs

its not bad as a lategame item if ur a core and u want to blink on a lone vulnerable target like tinker or smth, but a pos 4 shudnt prioritize this
he already is mobile, and rlly wants to be a utility hero/aura carrier
