Not a new issue. They always get the badge wrong. I'm 100% sure that's a legend without a star. Trust me on this.
Or maybe the won games is higher than 25. And the loss is not taken into account. For example, you already won 5 games (assuming 25 per game = +125 mmr). The loss has no demeritt value. Since the won games are just the basis. Seeing that that is an ancient and my previous comment might be wrong, the +mmr seems to be higher than 25. :). Keep playing! I want to know, too.
