Pretty sure not since the wave itself takes a full second to reach maximum distance.

Based off my poor knowledge of how shockwave worked in Dota 1 I would say no.

I haven't seen a video of manta dodging QoP ult, so I'll assume it's not possible

That is why when I was 15 years old I selected this name, I found it amusing at the time.

I believe that it's impossible to dodge sonic wave. reason for this is because you can get hit by both the front and back of sonic wave. You can however blink dodge it by blinking towards qop.

manta doesnt work, but i think i did it once with ult of CK, since it is slightly longer than manta casting

^^Ck ult is like doppelganger, he goes into another realm for a milli second, manta dodging isn't like that I guess
