I would say it's mainly because of the advantages that radiant side have had in the patches(including this one). The camps positioning is a huge factor for the mid lane, safe lane camps are nearly the same while off lane camp favor radiant. The only advantage that dire used to have was rosh pit.
It's also the mentality since you start dota as radiant.

Dire also used to have better jungling. They still sort of do now(better chokepoint jungling places), but since jungling is nerfed, they don't have many other noticeable advantages over radiant. Rosh control really was their biggest selling point.
60% winrate radiant, 49% on dire. The disparity in winrate for me is huge. And judging by your profiles, I'm not the only one.

Fake news. Besides, even if there was any inherent advantage to either side of the map, attributing it as a significant cause of each team's victory assumes that pub teams:
1. Know about the features of both sides of the map
2. Are coordinated and skilled enough both individually and collectively to exploit these features during the game
Neither of these happen consistently enough in pub games to draw the conclusion that map features is a significant cause of either faction's win. Not to mention that it would be impossible to test such a hypothesis in solo games where each new game has entirely different players.
