I have no idea how those ratings are calculated, even I'm in the 100 percentile for Lich and close to it for sd and jakiro.

This guy neither. It's just very unclear - guy with 500 matches and same division is much lower another one with 800 matches with worse winrate/kda - sort weaver players by division (from bottom) - and look for "xd" and "faux" (and "danone" next to them)
