did we play the same patch?
7.06 was the patch of tread/phase into veil/hood rushes, mek was very rare on necro
greaves are a >5k gold item with a supporty character, giving armor mana and healing to your team. doesnt fit.
necro doesnt really need the healing burst. he goes into a fight, throws his ult and tanks through his hp regen (and hood)

So what happened to this item? For the majority of version 7.06, this was the go-to item for Necrophos. The healing is amplified by Ghost Shroud. But now even though Necrophos is still picked, I am not seeing this build anymore. Everyone is buying Phase Boots and Radiance.
So what has been changed to cause this? I know Necrophos got nerfed savagely and now his winrate is teetering on 50% at the moment. Which particular change makes the old supporting core build less playable?
