I usually just tell them to calm down, the games not over yet and we can still win if we play it right.
Unless theyre yelling at me, then its nuclear war.
If we still have a chance to win and they're decent I tell them to calm down and explain what to do to win and why we can still win in the nicest way possible, if one of them is right I try to explain to the other guy why he's wrong and what he should stop doing or do in the nicest way possible, if they're both fucking retarded but we still have a chance to win I yell at them to fucking stop arguing and what to fucking do to win the game, if they're both retarded and we have no chance to win anymore I just mute them.
Im new and I experience as you have.. I simply try my best and buy items that will help them calmdown like wards dust and smoke near to them and they simply follow.. And comeback in game.. No worda to say 😉
