its not perma haste. only works for a couple of seconds. you can run for a good distance but defnitely not forever

its not perma haste. only works for a couple of seconds. you can run for a good distance but defnitely not forever

if you attempt to quelling blade a tree during phantom rush you will remain in rush mode untill that tree is broken.. Keep switching trees and you have a perma hasted phantom lancer.
