That crit, hit, crit logic doesn't even make sense. If you're building for his right click, why bother getting in an extra non-jinada hit when you should be improving his jinada attacks.

the goal is to deal burst dmg, his crit isn't even that damaging in and of itself to want to improve a lot, its only 225%.
it also gives hp, which is massive on this hero, and mana regen.
I think you just want to get his attack speed to .5s so that every other attack is a crit. You don't need echo for that and there are other late game items you'll want.
He has bad BAT, terrible farming ablities, no mobility no hp, melee
