So yea, it's unlocked from the get go, and pretty sure the calibration cap is 5k but the mmr swing is maxed at 100 just like last year iirc
Honestly imo it's only worth recalibrating if you calibrated too quickly and got 1k, and now you play like 3k/good enough to guarantee yourself higher mmr

People in leaderboards already have 4900 , what i dont get it

So far, International Ranked has been the most toxic DotA I've ever seen. People feel entitled to MMR, and therefore can do whatever the fuck they want and expect a win.
