It's not bad. But Manta is better when you get stat items like Skadi Bfly and all
Pro games are very different from pub games

Vlad good for teamfight/push.
Manta can use to
1)confuse enemies right click hero
2)confuse single target spell
3)junk enemies

Normally pro game won't need the maim as they have significant less solo pick up/solo chase kill compair to pub

manta is to get rid of something
if theres nothing to get rid of, sny is way better

Manta is a much better item in the hands of people who can properly utilize it to its full potential, aka manta dodging, using illusions to scout, split push, juke, etc

Usually they get it to dispel something.

But manta is not Sasha yasha
