I know it's great value for its stats, but is it worth getting or is it better to skip it and go straight for dragon lance into Manta?
Aquila and PMS are OP, been buying them for ages on most agility heroes. You get way too much from Aquila, what's crazy is that it was even better before when it gave you +1 more armor. PMS could be bought at the side shop, jeez.
He needs something to solve his early problems: low Hp, mana issues and loss of movement speed. If you plan to join team fight soon or you have no meaningful advantage over your enemy, it's good to ring, power, minor, manta. But if you expect a lot of early free farming or early advantage over your enemy, power into manta works well. But overally speaking ring is a very effective value investment in any scenario.

Is it worth it to Aquila on this hero at all? I see a lot of pro or high mmr players skip it and go straight for dragon lance after treads. Thoughts?
