Positioning: Shadow Blade/Euls/Blink/Force Staff/BoT
Defensive: Linken/BKB/Shiva/Octarin
Offensive: Crit/Bloodthorn

Do you hit enemy first with shadowblade or just cast the stun?

You just cast the stun since the cast animation is just so long you need to land your stun well and then most heroes can be killed with the nukes available
