I just callibrated my smurf 1st game was almost 5.5k average and then the rest were ~3.5k average always and after 10 games on both party and solo I got exactly 3500 mmr, so no it's the maximum u can get.
Meric didn't say that at all, he literally said 3.5k is the max but it's easy to climb through 3 and 4K by spamming Invoker or storm
meric is actually pretty good at drawing dicks on the minimap
