he needs too much farm to be viable compared to ember who only needs veil. or storm who needs lvl 6 and a soul ring
He can, but you have to snowball much harder than with storm or ember to actually win 1v5. Puck also falls off sooner than those two, so you gotta force your team to try to end asap.
