Не думаю, что можно адекватно сравнить монгольские комьютерные клубы(которые там развиты) и такие же клубы в других странах, учитывая, что подавляющее большинство из них уже вымерло и все играют дома

The best ones around here in Istanbul (which aren't even that good but they are the only ones that have Dota 2, because everybody here is crazy about LoL) cost 3 TRY per hour which is about 0.8 dollars right now (I think).

Finland doesn't even have those

shit dude my internet is like $80 a month, works out to more than a dollar an hour monthly for me to play dota.

In my city here in the Philippines, cyber cafe cost at 0.24$ (or 12php) per hour. But Dota 2 is at lowest settings and ping is around 90-120ms.

But our top cyber cafe here in the PH, the High Grounds cafe cost 2$ per hour (or 100php) but computer specs are GTX 1060 and GTX 1080 with 300+mbps internet speed (thats according to their page).

One of my friend lives in washigton. I heard there was cc and costs 2$ per hour.

Here in philippines our avg cafes are noisy,ping around 90-150ms,broken keyboards,and the worse is when there is an update the ping reaches around 700 even 1000.

Dafuq is up with that 100php per hour cost, I'm not gonna play in that kind of cyber cafe lol, Here in where I live(I live in CDO) 15 php is actually an okay cybercafe with 80-120 ping, its got LIT AF Razer keyboard, mouse and headset, and can ultra setting DOTA 2 and it actually rivals Mineski cyber cafes.

I think its pretty incredible how cyber cafes are still a thing all over asia, its been 10 years since ive last seen one where i live.

Most are great net cafe which runs smoothly with 100+ fps and 30 ping with headset, non member is like Rp 5000,00 which is about 0.4 USD an hour
However, on some of them, there are sick packages for members like 15 hours for 50k which means 0.25$ an hour or happy morning pack from 6 AM to 12 AM which translates into potentially 0.12$ an hour XDDDDDD

^yup Cagayan de Oro City we've got XGH(Extreme Gaming Hub) and G7 that rivals Mineski cyber cafes.

^niceeee.Here in ozamis city our G7 is shit.Slow internet,keyloggers,and hackers and I tell you it's not evn worth 15 pesos/hour.
