Well you could go with the very old HON style killer OGRE(Blacksmith in HON), Build Dagon, Vanguard, BKB, AGHS, Mjolnir, Shivas and then replace Vanguard with Heart.

would echo saber be a good choice if i went right click build? Is orge stat depended? and if im going perma stun build should i consider veil ?
Perma stunning build cud go veil i guess but he needs so many items to do it its hard to cram it in. Maybe u cud try dodongs build but instead of vang put in veil. Max ignite then stun.
With aghs octa and a couple lucky multicasts u can switch from one stun to the other for a long ass time

I know this hero is purely meant for support role and i have been fairly somewhat successful with this guy, easy to play and fun to spam spells. But lately Im just curious, I've seen omniknight carry and some other support turns into carry lately, so just want to know how would you build orge into pure carry mode, just out of curiosity. dont worry not gonna use it in ranked game, maybe experiment with my friends in party games. share your thoughts. thanks.
