Yes , it depends on the midlaner in trash bracket.

U can see my matches, i stomped any mid heroes with slark and carry my trash teammates.

pretty sure this meta all depends on the roamers

If mid fucks up, but the offlaner(beast master/axe) is pushing out the lanes and creating enough space for him to recover, or if the other mid(preferably shadow fiends, they do that a lot) starts throwing at min 25 the game isn't lost. However if you know your mid hero very well can can transition a good laning stage into a domination of all lanes, then yes by all means helping mid win the lane helps win games

The offlaner comes online mid game 20+ mins so he needs time...its up to the midlaner and safelaner to win teamfights.
Ofc its always different depending on the heroes.
