General Discussionu win but u lose your hidden mmr ! is this even possible ?

Cuz my opendota rating decreased by ~120 , and does it mean having high stats is necessary to get more hidden mmr ?
I m playing on my main too .. Dont say smurfing is bad ..ejdhh...dhshs.. XD
