Give us more detail where are your lane? And what hero did you use to practise cs.
I have no problem with ppl auto attack the creep actually the trick is when you are melee get a quelling blade because it will make your cs easier

If you have lower attack damage, you can't contest last hits with them
But humans are flawed, they might hit the creep a few tenth seconds late and you need to mind your attack animation swing to out-last-hit them

You could pick support and jungle so you don't have to contest last hits
And by support I mean not last hitting anything in lane, not spamming nukes for it

Sure, im practicing mainly safelane slark, does this mean i must get quelling blade?

Also im contesting with supports who aa and carries who aa on my team

And you can consider upgrading it into Iron Talon so you can kill neutral creeps faster

That's the big problem of dota normal skill Ecksdee

Just get it every game if you dont know what he meant. Its a really good item in general. Also are you new to dota? If yea you can open the shop you should search for "browse all guide" and select one of it preferably get the top one.

Thanks guys I will, I also do use guides but its hard to execute when your support autoattacks the creeps at minute 1. Hooefully quelling will help

Yeah, I used to buy quelling on 90% of Melee cores, also on morph and drow occasionally, however I only touch it on bf builders nowadays. Poor mans shield seems to do the trick for me, also learn to pull creep aggro. If you're vs another Melee, you can a-click them when they go for a deny and, if it isn't mk, they will be out of range for Deny.

QB stout tango starting items are the worst thing you can do on a "1v3" contested lane
Get 2 or 3 set or regen and get the quelling from sideshop
People who autoattack usually won't even bother trying to go for last hit, so consider their attack animation and damage on your last hitting prediction
If your laning "partner" actually fights for cs while in reality you picked core before he lastpicked AM you can just get a talon and jungle
Or you can just pick heroes with amazing base damage and attack animation as "fuck you, you cant steal my LH"

yes, get quelling blade and damage items. You can even skip the stout shield. In your bracket noone wants to harras. they literally afk autoattack creeps.

Good early itemization for melee heroes would be Stout Shield, Tango, 1 Healing Salve and you will have 180 or 190 gold remaining then buy Quelling Blade on side shop or Stout Shield, Tango, 1 healing Salve, 1 Enchanted Mango then 80 remaining gold last hit some creeps then buy QB on side shop.

You can also try creep agroing if you face some harassment.
Lane equilibrium can't be maintained with supp auto attacking. Try to pull small camps when lane is too much pushed. And farm those neutrals.
