Actually I can fap with my right hand (the feelingless one) just fine, and it feels like I'm getting a handjob. Really handy!

But well, I can't take things out of my pocket because I don't can't feel my fucking hand, is the problem. Also it's impossible to pick nose with it. Or do literally anything that requires you to feel anything in your hand, but I can still play guitar and piano just fine by muscle memory.
