you can neglect talents for skills if you want and take all talents when you got 4/4/4/3 in example.
Oh I see, that might actually be good to neglect them in some cases, but a hero like medusa or something is probably grabbing talents over ult level ups.

So I'm assuming hero talents are not a skill point you have to level instead of regular skills. Correct me if I am wrong.
So you're leveling along, you will max your qwe and level 2 ult by 14 (4x3 = 12 levels + 2 ult levels). You can't level ult again til 16. Attribute bonuses are gone. So does nothing happen when you hit 15? You just don't get a skill point?
Even if talents take skill points you'd still run into this it'd just be at later level like 19 and then 21,22,23,24 I think.
