Can anyone please have a luuk at my Arc Warden failures?

I have changed a lot of my hotkeys to so I need a little time to get used to it.

hotkeys currently:
1 - Select Hero
2 - Select Summoned Units
3 - Select All Units
4 - Courier

Items : DFY XCV

I still tend to swap Units with tabs which makes me lose control of a more chaotic fight since I sometimes dont see if I am playing with my tempest double or not.

MY GPM and XPM is low compared to other Arc Warden players and I am also not sure if I build the right items.
Should I rush midas, or is it okay to get healing salve, mango, roa and brown boots first? If I get the other items first, I get a midas from 7-10min usually.

Anyways, laning is atm not the problem. As I mentioned before shit gets real when I am in 5v5 fight or farming inbetween. I try to split push with BOT and rush Dragon lance and maelstrom...

Any advices?
