If the NS Player was literally 1 mmr
Itll take about 150 wins to get to 3.7k
If the ns player was 3199 mmr itll take abour 25 wins to get to 3.7k
You get the idea
If it was a new acc, itll take 1-5 games to get to vhs
If it was unranked on an acc that has a lot of games, then that depends on the vhs player and the acc hes playin on
^indeed
when you create new account i believe that account have "null" or you can say TBD normal mmr (you have mmr in normal game, you just dont know it)
so your first game always gonna be NS.
but after that first game dota2 algorithm count all you gpm xpm (maybe APM) and in game score to calculate you normal rank, if you perform really good you "maybe" get to - we can say like suddenly 6k or 5k, then in your second game you meet people like you who perform really good in previous match.
in second game if you do bad performance, like significantly BAD, you normal mmr maybe drop to 2k or 3k and in 3rd game you will get high skill bracket maybe.
that is what in my opinion (based on my own research 1 year ago)
you can't get VSH just by counting how much game to play, you need to improve.
if its a completely fresh acc with 0-1 games with low hidden mmr (not detected as a smurf), then 1-3. if its an old acc, depends on how deep in NS it is, and how good the vhs guy is. a 4k player would have winrate close to 80% in 2k, a 6k would win about 90% of games in 3k, etc.

If an ns player ask a VHS player to play his account. How many games would it take to get vhs?
