is there any hero that can rush MKB comfortably?
it all depends on the situation tbh, but SE is better for slark than MKB for sure

answer is b. with silver edge you can burst her down, she's actually squishy af without her evasion. bkb doesnt dispel break, so no running away from that

it's not that bad to get an mkb if there is a carry with a butterfly or radiance that you cant seem to kill properly. however, this is bad to get early or as a 2nd item because it does nothing to improve slark's dogshit hp value. its like getting an orchid early, your kill potentail spikes up real high but without proper and calculated encounters you might die too early to get your pact/dance off

so since you are likely going sb --> echo --> situational, make that situational item into silver edge. heck, sometimes i even make it core because slark's stat gain is horrible and he benefits so much from the ultimate orb

At some point I think you have to get it, in fights you generally don't always want to open up on PA especially if she has bkb or can easily jump away with blink strike. This means you use your silver edge on someone else -> PA is free to go ham if you don't have mkb. That being said you can usually delay it to a 5th/6th item depending on how the PA is doing.

Also I'm 90% sure silver edge is core on Slark even if there are 0 passives to disable, has anyone seen the insane amount of bonuses that item gives for just 2400 gold.

-15 agi, str and int (compare to 1900 gold for dragon lance that only gives 13 str and 14 agi)
-8 attack damage
-+50 back stab damage
-4 seconds reduced cd
-damage reduction on enemy you hit (allows you to jump axe blademails and shit like Sven)
-can be dissassembled

No needed MKB, silver edge is enough.
if pa activated bkb just run away from her.
silver edge cooldown is faster than bkb.

Silver edge is enough early, but I would want mkb late. A 6 slotted slark has plenty of room for it anyway. Let's see, treads, skadi, echo, silver edge, abyssal, butterfly, sell echo for mkb. I mean what else do you really need at that point? maybe bkb? Daedulus slark seems dumb. Bloodthorn? That is good too.
