    Okay, here is the case.
My friend borrowed my id for a month to do battle pass quests. (Its easier to do in normal skill bracket)
He bought BP using my id, thus making it verified account.
So i think, why not? We both benefit each other.
Now my account is in VHS skill bracket which is not suitable for me.
Everyone there have too much ego and think they are the best cuz they belong in VHS bracket.
Everyday i play as support, because i pick last after seeing enemy draft while my teammate picking cores 1st regardless of the draft.
Sure Im okay to play as support, but supporting every game is boring. I can play all position from 1 to 5.
Im just a normal player and I just play for fun.
    This leads to my question.
How to lower my skill bracket?

Just play. U should be losing soon enough and get back down to your bracket

The faster way would be intentionally performing bad such as feeding, not getting last hits and such. However you might get reported.

Why dont u trade off ur VHS account. I'd trade it from you

Play carry or core then lose.

FYI, my normal match is VHS while my ranked is normal since i already play 1 ranked match before my friend borrowed it.

dont drop mmr. this is ur best chance to learn. If youre thrown into 9 people who are just plainly better than you, unless you play with your eyes closed, you will learn an insane amount every game.
Like 1 game of you paying even a moderate amount of attention, will be the learning equivalent of 5-10 games in Normal Skill.

                    What rodrak says
I learnt alot from playing on my HS smurf rather than wrecking noobs 1v9 on 1k and get wrecked right after because of the draft
