Raindrops good. Aquila not worth it I think.

Raindrops, soul ring and mana boots is enough for the laning stage

i see pro player go pms/arcane+ sometimes basilis ring and raindrop
probably they don't upgrade basilis to Aquila cause timber don't benefit from agi and only need the bonus regain
