Dota 2 Locked to 60 FPS after Reformate - Zup with that? in General Discussion

Did reformate my Asus RoG G551JW today. It runs with a 960M GTX card and 8GB of ram.

Anyway, before the reformation I did run dota 2 on decent settings with a steady 120FPS and in clashes like 100, never ever had any issues.

Now, after installing steam and the latest drivers, I am stuck at 60FPS like vsync was on, but it is disabeled in booth the nvidia panel and ingame. Also fps_max is set to 120 and there is not autoexec file wich changes this.

Anyone had this problem before? The laptop just has a 60hz screen but the smootheness etc. is different with the mouse movement and so on, So I really want to go back to what it was before.

As a clue, some people think it's related to the windows 10 update and an xbox app.

Might be. When installing Win 10 From the recovery disc, I got botification of aniv. Update and it did happen.

          Might try reformate again.

                  SOLVED:

Added the lines to the registry and disabeled the Xbox app. Now back to 120+ FPS and in clashes with quite good looking game 90-100.
