Slark and spectre sort of because neither can really kill the other without help. Slark can't usually sit and 1v1 spec, but spec is never going to cc slark long enough to kill him.
Medusa and spectre. This one goes back and forth so much. For one spectre can build manta and diffusal and put a hurting on medusa. They also have similar playstyles, both being multi target heroes in team fights and both taking a while to come online. But medusa can also kill all of specs illusions with her ult which counters a ton of what spec wants to do. It's a really weird matchup that can go either way.
LC and tinker cus LC can duel tinker to death but if he doesn't duel him then tinker is going to laser LC every duel and fuck him up.
Medusa vs pl is an interesting one cuz medusa kills ok illusions with ult instantly and with split shot but ok is a diffusal carry so he jacks her up with mana burn . And slark counters spec and spec doesn't counter him . Spec likes to farm away from team making him a ripe target for a silver edge gank / some nice essence stacks .
I mean just look at the hero you are interested in and it shows their best matchup and worst matchup percentage-wise.
For example: Timber is Wyverns biggest counter by the numbers. Now you can think of why
Can't ulti timber because he won't die, Timber also won't do much damage if he's attacking an ally, 0 if his Chakram is out.
Laning timber won't be zoned by WW who's a passive support and can't bully.
Frozen allies will take a lot of magic damage from timber

Culling Blade penetrate Shallow Grave (Don't sure about spelling).
But Dazzle ultimate decrease Axe's armor too.
Timbersaw and Arc Warden.
Arc Warden can catch Timbersaw alone and reflect Chakram with double Blademail. Timbersaw has more mobility and have chance to kill Arc.
