I haven't watched the tournament you talked about but in Manila he was a pocket pick. If you last pick or second to last pick him he's hard to counter and crushes teams. Also helps he counters lifestealer heavily by having high armor but without high hp, illusions and massive right click. I wouldn't say he's meta cus he has too many easy ways to counter but he is very viable like drow strats. Teams don't use them every game but they can work.

There has been a lot of Terrorblade at ESL Frankfurt and seems to be winning games for the teams, he seems stronger with the buff of 6.87 and 6.88 is he now good enough to stay in the meta?
