ultraweak on the lane, weak in the early game. No stun. Only phys. dps. Sven, lifestealer easily outcarry him
Yeah man the hero is a really weak laner, if you run him melee mode then he only has 600 hp with 8 starting armour, super fucking weak man. Plus if you don't go melee mode the hero only has 500 attack range to cs creeps from while remaining out of harass range or if he needs to play safe. That's weak as well.
The hero also only brings a 60% miss chance for 7 seconds which also doubles as a 30% slow for 5 seconds and which combined deal about 300 magic damage, and only an ulti which increases everyone on his team's attack speed by 60 at level 6. Like, how weak an early game is that. Basically useless. Plus he only has 2.2 natural strength gain, now admittedly that makes him the agility hero with the 7th highest strength gain (out of 35 total), but yeah, so bad.
Plus he only has physical damage! (I mean apart from the afore mentioned blind/slow which also deals 300 magic damage) - and is easily out carried by a hero who needs an MKB in order to deal with the 60% miss chance and who is well known as being susceptible to being kited - troll can only run at 522 movement speed 100% of the time once he gets and SnY - how is he meant to kite out Sven while moving at that speed and waiting out the duration of BKB and Warcry so he can just blind the Sven and then turn around and start bashing on him. It's actually impossible for troll to do that.
He also only has a 1.5 BAT compared to the 1.85 of lifestealer so like, while troll is only attacking at a palty max attack speed of +180 for 5 seconds which easily builds up the 7 fervour stacks he needs to get +210 attack speed and then attack Lifestealer with his magic immunity piercing bash all the while hitting with a BAT of 1.5 (which further amplifies all the attacks per second he does by an additional 13%) Lifestealer is hitting away with his +80 attack speed for 6 seconds (although true he does then get a -8% to all of his attacks per second and if he gets bashed for 2 seconds through his magic immunity it is kind of wasted plus he also has the 7 seconds of blind applied to him when he isn't raged and doesn't have an MKB but um....
Biggest problem I found with him was playing against Axe since he procs so many counter helixes.
I ban axe almost every game I play a hard hitting agility melee hero , the blade mail plus helix too devastating .
he is for very late game, i remember in 6.86 we were losing the game pretty badly, oppononents carry was luna and our carry was troll warlord. finally troll got 6 items and find luna alone. luna also had 6 items but poor girl never got out of bash and died like one big insta kill. until troll gets really well farm to lockdown someone to kill he is pretty useless.
btw i just won a game vs troll with pugna, fucked him up pretty bad
