It is good but in late game, in early and mid game you need mobility and nuke comboz. Blink, euls, vod,dagon...

I think any disable is better than an octarine. Even something like a linkens would probably be better. Im normal skill tho so idk

Shivas Guard (more team fight damage for late game cause his abilities damage don't scale too well late game)

Are like the only items I make on him, Dagon 5 is just too expensive. It does help his pathetic damage problem a tiny bit, and is very fun to use (who doesn't love Dagon's) it just doesn't seem worth it.

PS: I'm trash with Puck, I just feel like my build makes sense, I could be wrong though, probably am.

Euls- removing silences, and with euls blink you are slippery as fuck
Force- more mobility, gets your teammates out of bad situations, force the stun from your ulti sometimes
Veil- Best cheap tank item, perhaps in the game, varying level of usefulness depending on how much magic damage is on your team. If your team is heavily physical, drums are good too.
If you're buying a sheep stick on puck, you're either already winning pretty hard and snowballing, or getting tons of farm that a carry hero could make better use of. Some heroes just need a hard answer though, and sheep stick is the second hardest answer next to abyssal blade.

Is radiance puck possible?

euls (u can skip this, but it can boost your farm)
dagon (pretty much needed lol, expect supports to be so underleveled, they will always be under pucks burst kill threshold)
octa if u dont need linken
linken if ur a pu$$y

Octarine imo would be rarely good. Like maybe a last item if you are running out of ideas.

Bottle - Treads - Blink then:

Dagon. You need one, even just leave it at level 1 but without it you don't have single target burst.

Then I'd go either
Euls for lock down/survival + mana regen
Linkens - To block heavy single target or quick lock down (Lion hex etc)
Scythe - For your Slarks, AM etc
Shivas - Good vs right clickers (I've built vs a PL etc)

Rare cases:

Aghs - Kite natural BKB melee carries (Sven etc)

Your cooldowns are all fairly low that octarine is negligible (especially when you'd get the item when many BKBs should be up by then)

You need Dagon. Like literally no exceptions, max it to 5 if farm is well. If not, get level 1 then build utility.
