That won't fix a thing, it has nothing to do with them not having a place to play.
1. Cancer pinoys, Chinese, and Peruvians will still migrate to other servers out of curiosity + not wanting to be with their own cause it's so bad.
2. The Dota player base is big, but nothing compared to League, many of the servers would be a waste of money, they even got rid of the Korea server cause all Koreans went to League. Surprised the Japanese one is still up.
I meant a nordic server that speaks Nordic languages like Swedish, Norwegian, etc.
@York - you can't complain about someone speaking another language in an English server if you don't give them a server where they can speak their language with other people who speak their language. Not everyone speaks English.

If that was the case, RUSSIANS WOULD BE PLAYING ON THEIR OWN SERVERS, AND NOT TRYING TO PLAY WITH US AMERICANS IN US EAST. They literally have their own " Russia server " BUT STILL DECIDE TO PLAY ON EU WEST, and EU EAST.
They have a better ping to EU West, and Russia server and EU west is pretty much the same, so what is wrong with them playing on EU West?
language preferences are preferences: You could check Russian and still be matched with English speakers (it's happened to me before)
no point unless they region lock. Those servers won't have enough players and they'll just queue elsewhere. There is a brazil server and everyone still plays on us east anyway

idk about peruvians since im in sea but i've met nice pinoys or chinese people

And there are many language preferences to add, including Tagalog. You can't complain about getting Pinoys who speak their own language in an English game if you don't give them the option to speak their own language with others who speak their language!
