yeah thats the thing, its not like it could be abused or anything since noone builds rightclick
its one of those things that make a hero weaker but its there for no reason

Because sometimes it actually does a ridicilous amounts of slow and then right-clicking would be good.

ya still sounds like a dumb reason to have this there. it's like saying paralyzing cast should be nerfed because sometimes it can lead up to a total of 4 second stuns on two heroes
i feel like it's just something thats there because of whatever, just like how kunkka couldn't use quelling blade for a long time and every1 trying to defending osfrog said it would make tidebringer too strong, look where that turned out

it's one of those things that are there but makes no sense whatsoever
