I was playing a ranked game then jugg destroyed both of my wards before going out of the fountain, saying something like he throws every game with teammates as invoker or mirana. And he just stood under the tower doing nothing for like 5 minutes except for stealing our exp then went jungle until the end of that game.
His ID is 313832711: 7000(eat sleep plo). I know the rest of our teammates all reported him but I checked him on dotabuff and saw that he had done something like this again in another ranked game with qop (he has only played 2 ranked games with that account).
This kind of players should be banned from ranked games forever, yet somehow he hasn't been punished after (supposedly) 8 reports. Really pissed off since I could do no more about it now.
