So a 2k scrub here, just wanted to know what other carry Alch builds are good other than the Rad,BoT,Manta,Octarine one.

    TripleSteal-

armlet phase boots SnY ac abyssal bkb moonshard
armlet pt blink mjollnir abyssal bkb moonshard

      #12

6 bracers, got to get those value stats.

        SalaciousCrome

PT, Medallion, Blink, upg. to Solar, then any of the variable attackspeed/attackdamage items available and just gank and end the game.

          Oldman

U can go two ways IMO and armlet is a waste of slot.

            Support build:

            1) Phase + medalion of courage + blink dagger + up medalion into solarcrest (then what your team needs)

            Safe lane Carry build:

            2) First of all u need brown boots, stout shield and quelling blade

Then farming item of your choice:
            a) free farm - radiance (always ask people to stack neutral camps)
            b) average farm (risk of being ganked or harassed too much) - battlefury - with BF u can take ancients stacks ez, perserverence helps on lane if u aint got bottle
            c) terrible farm - mealstrom

            Boots:
            - PT or BoT - whatever u like

            Initiating item of your choice:
            - shadow blade/silver edge - n1 item for taking off enemy carries + dmg +AS
            - Blink Dagger - if u have an invis hero in your team and enemy gets much detection

Then u need armor and AS - so Assault Cuirass is a core

Then probably BKB and damage item of your choice afther that:
            - MKB - against Wr, PA, Arc Warden, Butterfly, Riki, etc.
            - Deadalus - Personally my favourite one. With your AS crit proc very often + u can take down towers under bkb effect very fast
            - Abysal - for stun-locking but u already have a very long stun, personally i dont like it

IF games go longer than this always save for buy back + eat moonshard and scepter for some more suravibility.

General idea when u get 6-slotted and enemy is defing hard is to pop enemy glyph, and go Chemical Rage + bkb after glyph wears off. U can ez take tower + racks under effect of late bought bkb and dont give a single shit about enemies trying to stop u from doing that.

            TripleSteal-

"armlet is a waste of slot" 3Head

              Oldman

^ IMO !! it is a waste of a slot

                Look http://www.dotabuff.com/heroes/alchemist

I can hardly find anybody buying it.

EDIT: Ofc some do it but on 2k u can go for big items. Its not 5-6 K mmr where u need most cost-effective items. Also the higher mmr the more relevant manta style becomes.

Armlet is situational.....there was a TI5 game whereby the team opted for Alchemist armlet and end early.

                  Miku Plays

                    2k alch

                    Midass, fury works everytime

TELL YOUR GIRL TO WASH HE...

^please do not do this. terrible build. take it from me who spammed alch since 6.80.

ganking alch used to be terribly OP and not too many players realized this at that time, until icefrog decided to expose the nuke channeling timer to enemy players and destroyed a huge part of the hero that I really enjoyed. I utterly despised farming alche as far as I could remember. I could go straight for a carry item and make successful ganks everytime. A fully charged unstable concoction(this is worth practicing: quarter-assed channel times on the skill is just painful to watch as an alch player) + acid spray + medallion worked wonders. as for how alch works now, you might want to make items to assist you with landing fully charged stuns. blink dagger, glimmer cape, shadow blade and forcestaff could help. as for carry items, any attackspeed item is great on the hero. before moonshard came, I used to build as many as 5 mjolnirs and enjoy watching anyone get electrocuted back to tavern. also, don't limit yourself to basher/abyssal blade. I often see this with most other players. Daedalus, MKB, desolator, skadi are good picks.
