im a little bit confused by this grammar, and as a result i dont understand anything in this thread
Ursa aghs applies a strong self dispel.
(Wiki) "When upgraded, Enrage can be cast while stunned, cycloned, slept, taunted, hidden or during forced movement.
It cannot be cast while silenced or hexed. It also cannot be shift-queued anymore."

Ursa aghs seems bad if you can't use it though silences. What about hex?
