haunt only works on enemy heroes.

how many "heroes" do you think are on earth? even if it worked on people, why would you want to annihilate everyone on earth instantly? Not to mention they would have to be considered your enemy. Unless you're a very angry person that would probably be a very low amount of people.

There are plenty of people I dislike, but none I classify as an enemy.
