Stack jungle when lane is pushed to secure 6 in woods, then rape his face with a 2h sword chopstick style
Ill probably get 2 tangoes from team, buy myself a salve , 2 GG branches and rush bottle. If i cant stay in lane I go stack jungle for later and leech what i can from lane.
Tho at my bracket(3300-3700) the possibility of outplaying is high, i killed some lesh with storm before just by juking the stun. If you run at them they will just stun în front of them, so i go left/right, remnant-attack-pull-attack-remnant-attack and If they are not dead i right clici him once and i remnant so my mid air attack slow him , and then i just right click him to dead. Tho i usually harras him before this cuz even If he harras me too If he doesnt hit the stun he wont be able to kill me.
Again, this is in my bracket, probably wont happen in higher brackets.
Ah now i saw you are in normal skill, so i think you can do the same as i did. Just dont be too greedy for lasthits, If he land a stun while he already harrased you before and then 1, probably 2 lightnings and few auto attacks will kill you
^ the problem is, when he landed the lightning it's so hard with all those slow.
I think in higher mmr you're more prone to get a roaming support to help you secure mid than in lower tiers so if you ask nicely he'd be easier to deal with, maybe not though. In lower tier just stack jungle when you can and get to 6 asap and punish bad positioning.
@miasma so? Lesh will probably get help too. An ES stun is pretty much a guaranteed stun from lesh, and usually means a kill
Well what I mean is if you get help to gank, that gives you a bit more farm in the lane than you otherwise wouldn't of had. So if you stick to stacking jungle and soaking what you can you'll have it a bit easier.
You can't do jack shit against lesh or lina, dont tell him "outplay the lesh doing that" cause hes in normal bracket for a reason if he could win mid with storm vs lesh so easy he simply would have more mmr.
At least you play storm you can recovery in jungle. This is my advise, stay far and focus only in last hits forget about killing him thats risky as fuck, you need to get lvl 6 (you can jungle too its ez as storm). When you get ult get out of that lane and setup ganks, farm jungle do storm things, avoid that fucker unless you can kill him with help of an ally...
I'm not even near to be a pro (only 4k mmr) and im not a storm picker but trust me.
I can tell you that most people here will give advices without thinking that youre are 2k mmr
I find that sniper does well against Lesh actually
Just max range and stay mobile (maybe I'm simply out playing my opps as I'm normally better then my opposing mid)
u get lvls then jungle as storm mid theres no way to beat him or go even unless ur twice as good as the lesh
storm picker vs leshrac at mid ?
- buy magic stick or wand
- tell ur teammate to stack jungle
- if ur teammate cant do it (95%) normal bracket will not stacking for u, do it by urself (if u at radiant)
(see youtube how to do neutral camp stack)
- ask ur teammate to help u at mid (70% normal bracket will not help u)
- patient , n farm , dont try to kill leshrac under lv 6 (unless u have haste / invis / double damage)
- if u lvl 6 , stay at safe zone , make sure u didnt got hit by his skill 3
- if he use skill 3 for creep , then its the time , jump on him , n kill him , with ur magic stick / wand in hand
if he owning u so hard at mid until lv 8 ?
go jungle , farm ur item , or find kill on enemy carry with storm
the way to find gold n exp is not at creep mid only
u can go jungle , u can kill enemy hero at side line , u can destroy tower , u can go enemy jungle
winning game is not about owning mid against leshrac
but how u make ur team win even u got rekted by leshrac
ps : dont focus on mid lane so much , u can cry and go to jungle , to get revenge on leshrac later
in my honest opinion i see storm to be more overpowered than a leshrac, at least lesh is goin to have an extremly hard time if he gets shutted down early, while storm can recover with just a bloodstone.
Despite the fact that i havnt picked not even once storm/leshrac/seeker in this patch appart from a random leshrac on a party game, i still belive that storm is the worst of these guyz, lesh can be dealt with, while seeker is even easier than him, the problem is that if storm gets rekt inlane, he will comeback in game even with just a late bloodstone, and if he wins the lane then its another story completly u cant even show ursefl in the map coz the almost global initiation is rly retarded. Leshrac is like an unstoppable juggernaut but his greatest weakness is his mobility which can be abused, im not goin to talk about seeker coz he is just a random snowballer not rly special.
The problem is that the only 2 heroes that have an ability that drains mana endlessly till its either depleted or they die r storm and leshrac, those skills were cr8ed to be used wisely and in a conservative way so that the player could get the best results within a short amount of time, but with this bloodstone mana regeneration theres no need to conserve anything, u can burn all ur mana as a storm and in a couple of seconds u can start jumping again coz the regen is extremly high, same goes for leshrac. And im not even counting the AOE heal after u die, or the ridiculous respawn time.
And about the storm vs Lesh...just dont die and dont be greedy u will get 6 eventually, after that u shouldnt be havin a rly hard time to recover.
play some games as leshrac urself so that you would "feel" the hero and be able to predict what another leshrac player gonna do
I played TA against a Leshrac in a high-skilled smurf, I can easily predict when Blue pony man is gonna cast fucking Lighning Storm 1. Is to last hit creeps (obvs) ofc to secure denies and 2. If he wants to zone you out if he thinks you are gonna last hit a creep

i play storm mid
