storm is not op hero his laning not as good as op lina lesh. you need good knowledge in positioning in teamfight and predict positioning of support to burst them before even fight starts. he cant really do much early game without teammates.in pub games if your teammates are really bad and you lose mid lane then you can only farm in your nc for few mins
