Lol that would be instresting if they made a hero with only passivescthat increase move speed so it constantly zoomed around but had no spells that did anything other Han buff move speed .

Passive: for every kill or assist you participate in you gain an extra 20 movespeed
Spell: Shoot an orb that slows, if a target is hit buffs allies attackspeed in a 500 radius.
Passive: Buffs HP regen off percentage of heroes movespeed
Ultimate: Buffs allies movespeed in a 1200 radius for -- seconds
Ultimate Passive: Ignores heroes speed cap by 40/60/80

The Legit Speed Demon
Passive: Add movement speed every 2 minutes 20/30/40/50
Passive02: Add movement speed by percentage of current movespeed
Passive 03: Remove Move speed cap and Lowers movespeed of enemy who is behind him
Ultimate ( Active ) : Increases move speed by percentage of all heroes movespeed and 100% evasion for 10 secs

BS is a sheet hero pros dont pick him because once people actually get their shit together he is borderline useless. If you wanna go by pub dominance you should focus on omni then.
well he's annoying cus he's total noob bait, but if your team picks any stuns or burst he's toast. He's so squishy. He's not even in the same building of opness as old troll and sniper.

Like how fast can this hero move, when there was 5 heroes on 30%hp, I could have sworn this heros moves faster than anti-mage blinking. It was like something from Naruto shiet.
