Im tired of having to waste 5 minutes cause everybody accepts then is afk and AFTER accepting and then starts with 0 gold cause he was AFK even after he ACCEPTED.
You're dumb OP, the problem would be even worse if there was no accept option screen they had to get past.

the likelihood of a failed accept is less likely the person suddenly vanished into thin air like you implied but more so the person failed to click it on time
because lets face it, when people miss the the accept button the VAST majority of the time its because they were browsing the net/taking a dump/didn't hear the sound and less that person searching for a match before he leaves the house never to return until hours later

they should make it so that once the "accept" window comes out, it stays there forever. Once everyone is ready u can go, at the same time u should have an option to cancel the wait time after 1 minute or so. that way nobody would lose anything. It's a win/win situation. Either wait or walk away to requeue.
yeah, because atm it happened to me to alt tab a moment and not hear the queue and i even got a penalty of 30 minutes, starts to get bothering. couple minutes its somehow fine, my bad for not accepting but 30 (and i didn't accept couple matches MAX in a span time of 3 weeks or something like that)

I raged a lot playing on my smurf and probably played over 30 lowprio games on an acc with ~200games. All those lowprio games were well deserved as I either fed intentionally, abandoned the game or raged hard cause GOD DAMN PEOPLE AT 4900 mmR IS THE FUCKIN MOST RETARDED PEOPLE ON THE PLANET.
Now, tell me. What's the issue with the report system? As to me it seems to be working perfect.
Why to waste 3 mins when you queue and someone declines or doesn't accept
when you can waste 10-15 mins by letting that afker to get into game

I don't mind that part since sometimes it can take over 10min for queue if you're unlucky, and thereby some might have went afk. What I don't like is how long time to requeue if you fail to accept or decline because another friend wants to join your party suddenly. 10min wait for first time is way too long. It used to be only 2 minutes.
Decline should only have penalty on the 2nd failed attempt.
This allows some leeway and prevents people from being dickbag decliners 24/7.

then you get -25 mmr and abandonment for not moving for 5 minutes, your allies get safe to leave and penality if not party mmr
