Well, by looking at your match history you only broke to very high skill in your last 20-30 matches so your unranked MMR is probably somewhere between 3.7k and 4k, I really doubt that it's above 4k.

Anyway, once you come to the calibration, your first calibration game will usually have the highest average MMR, in your case it should be somewhere around 4.5k, then other calibration matches will usually have lower average MMR.

My prediciton is that you'll end up between 4k and 4.5k if you do good in your calibration games and 3.5-4k if you do bad, honestly I doubt that you'll get above 4.5k.
The reason behind that is that it took you over 100 games to get to very high skill which starts at 3.7k so your unranked hidden MMR can't be much above that MMR and your ranked calibration matches will be based on your hidden unranked MMR.

Note that this is all just a speculation based on the experience I had with my alt/smurf/other/not main/call them whatever you want accounts and seeing other people get calibrated.

Also, winrate doesn't matter.

Literally no chance, your skill lvl is way below 3k since your first game was Normal where you actually lost the second game.
